
What is your role at BFBS?
I’m a Recruitment & HR Administrator in the HR department. I advise and support managers with all recruitment activity so we can find the best possible candidates to work at BFBS.
What brought you to BFBS?
I have previously worked in both the public and private sectors. I have always wanted to work within the charity sector so when I saw this opportunity, I grabbed it with both hands! BFBS is a modern and versatile organisation with a huge focus on employee wellbeing, which is what also attracted me to work here.
Describe a typical working day
No two days are the same here at BFBS. My role is so varied - from advertising roles on different platforms to assisting with interviews and offering recruitment advice and guidance. I work closely with recruiting managers across BFBS to help source the right talent for their teams. I enjoy my job; every day is different and has unique challenges that allows me to use my creativity to find solutions.
What are your interests outside work?
I love cooking, travelling, reading and spending time with my family.
